Our Teachers
IKS is committed to providing the students with experienced and skilled teachers who are able to develop their potential to the fullest extent through classroom activities as well as extra activities and to shape students’ attitude and behavior. Truly, because quality education depends heavily on quality teachers, IKS teachers are carefully selected and subsequently trained in order to ensure that they can teach their students effectively and efficiently. IKS teachers are put into two categories.
1. KGE Teachers
They are selected from various public schools against the following criteria:
- Knowledge: at least a bachelor degree is necessary.
- Skill: pedagogy certificate is strictly required.
- Experience: sufficient experience is compulsory.
- Attitude: good attitude and behavior are firmly required.
2. GEP Teachers
They are selected from both well-known private and public universities based on the following criteria:
- Knowledge: at least a bachelor degree is necessary.
- Skill: certificate in TESOL is a must.
- Experience: sufficient experience is compulsory.
- Attitude: good attitude and behavior are firmly required.
